By accessing the Cachar Cancer Hospital & Research Centre’s (CCHRC), [referred to as ‘the hospital’] donation portal, donors acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Donations to the hospital are non-refundable.
- Unspecified donations will be directed to the most urgent needs.
- The hospital is not liable for errors arising from incorrect donor information.
- The hospital reserves the right to decline or return donations that do not align with its mission and values.
- For donations exceeding Rs. 3,00,000, branding opportunities may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
