Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Nurse to support clinical research studies by ensuring compliance with study protocols, collecting data, and providing patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for advancing medical knowledge through research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants according to study protocols.
• Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure ethical guidelines are followed.
• Administer study-related procedures, including sample collection, medication administration, and monitoring patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data, treatment, and progress.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, research coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure study integrity.
• Educate patients and their families about the study, including potential risks and benefits.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and report findings as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, institutional guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
