Flow as a stand-alone and complementary technique in clinics and research

Live Education Task Force (LETF), International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC), and Trust for Education and Training in Cytometry (TETC) in collaboration with Cachar Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (CCHRC) is conducting the “20th Indo-US Flow Cytometry Workshop & Symposium on Advanced Molecular Techniques” from 24th to 26th March 2019. The workshop will accommodate 100 participants on a first come, first serve basis, so we request all interested participants to register at the earliest. Registrations will close on 28th February 2019.

    12. Cancer stem cells & Epithelial-mesenchymal transition analysis through Flow Cytometry

  1. Differential gene expression & SNP analysis through HRM, Microarray, NGS
    2. Genomics in Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
    3. Liquid biopsy and proteo-genomics research in solid tumors
    4. Microarray and NGS based whole genome, exome, transcriptome study in cancer
    5. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) in cancer diagnosis and personalized medicine
